Kind of a redraw of this character: lane boy. Made as a little animation exercise inbetween commissions.

Brian has a double life. He's Joel's technician at day but at night... he's stil Joel's technician XD He can move shit with his mind tho, steer thunderstorms and make electricity out of his fingers, which of course Joel, nor anybody doesn't know about. He doesn't want to traumatise people, lol. But yeah, still a normal cute man listening to trap and dubstep, wearing baseball jackets and enjoying old horror movies.
He of course dyes his hair, he is not an animu character, and the black half-scratched lacquer on his fingernails is just for the band's image even though he secretly enjoys it. He loves to give himself colorful tattoos, but he cannot tattoo his right arm because of the scar that appeared on his skin when he was struck by a lightning.
It wasn't coming from the sky though...
